The TechValve RLP 3K series system is an electronic servo driven variable ratio 3 component system. The system produces ratio accuracy of +/- 1% and requires no tools or mechanical adjustments. All setup and control functions are set using the touch screen HMI.

PC 2KS SERIES
PC 2K Series

The TechValve PC 2KS spray series is a 2 component electronic servo driven variable ratio system. The systems produce very accurate ratios +/- 1% and require no tools or mechanical adjustments. All setup and control functions are set using the touch screen HMI.

The systems are available with optional onboard liquid reservoirs (available in acrylic, aluminum and stainless steel.) the units can also be fed from any type of reservoirs, pressure pots or transfer pumps.


The onboard H.M.I. touch screen control panel gives the operator full control of
all the systems standard programmable features. Features such as:

  • A-B-A/B pump selection.
  • Ratio check flow rate.

The touch screen control is very intuitive and requires no programing experience on the part of the operator.


 RP 2KD SERIES
RP 2KD Series

The TechValve RP 2KD metering system is a 2 component electronic servo driven fixed ratio system. The system produces ratio accuracies in the +/- 1% range and require no tools or mechanical adjustments. All setup and control functions are set using the touch screen HMI.

The RP 2KD uses Linear Rod Pumps for precise metering. With no pistons to wear or check valves to clog or stick the units are very reliable and can handle highly abrasive fluids. They can also be fed from any type of reservoirs, pressure pots or transfer pumps.

But it can also be turned down low enough to produce a fine mist and/or coupled with available micro valves, can cover very small areas.

The TechValve E.P.S. (Electronic Pneumatic Spray) is a spray system designed to handle low to mid (1-300 cps) viscosity, single component materials. Materials such as conformal coatings, lubricants, mold release agents as well as one part clear coats and primers. The system is used in conjunction with most any type of automatic spray valve.


Using standard 115vac. 60Hz/10-15 amp power and 80-120 psi makes initial set up fast and easy.

The pressurized fluid reservoir (1 or 2 gal) keeps a constant steady flow of
material to the spray valve which eliminates any surging, collapse or winking of
the fan pattern.

The dual gages on the enclosure display the current fluid pressure as well as the atomizing air pressure.

The E.P.S. System can be controlled by any type of robot or automated system
that has a 24vdc or dry contact/relay output.

With a fluid flow rate in excess of 50 oz. per min. you can cover a lot of area in
short order.
