3500-2K Drip Free Valve

The TechValve 3500-2K dispense valves are designed for use with all meter-mix/dispense systems. They are available with pistol grip/trigger activation for manual operation or without for robot/automation mounting.

All TechValve 2 component dispense valves are available in both high flow and low flow configurations.

Manifolds are available in 2 and 3 port configurations depending on the application.

The manifold is easily removed without the need to disassemble the valve. And with a “straight through” port design it very easy to clean.

The 3500-2K valve uses standard size static mixers and comes with “ratio check nozzle” and “night cap”.

All TechValve dispense valves utilize U.H.M.W. PE seals and valve seats for chemical resistance and long life.

With the “VALVE SEAT” design there are 50% fewer lip seals to wear and replace.

All 3500-2K dispense valves feature an extra-large pneumatic piston so activation at high pressures > 3500 psi is guaranteed.

The 3500-2K valve is available in both anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction.
